By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as they become due. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the start of the subscription period and each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions on our Website.

5. Payment Processing

All payments for the Services are managed by Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you agree that your payments will be processed by Paddle.com and are subject to their legal terms and conditions, which can be reviewed at Paddle Legal Terms. Any billing disputes or inquiries should be directed to Paddle.com.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Services. Please review this section for key points regarding our refund policy.

• Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for our monthly and annual rolling contracts. If you decide that BundleQ isn’t right for you within 14 days of initiating your subscription, you can request a full refund of your initial subscription fee.
• How to Request a Refund: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 14-day period. Include your order number, company name, email address, and the reason for your refund request.
• Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle.com. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account and will be issued using the original method of payment.
• After the Cooling-Off Period: Refunds are not typically provided after the 14-day period, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

We may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes from time to time. Participation in such activities is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of the promotion, contest, or sweepstakes.
